Delivery & Returns

We send your orders via Royal Mail, Hermes & DPD.

Your order will be dispatched within 7 days, we hope to dispatch sooner than this if possible.

We're confident that you will love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number and reason for your return.

If the return is due to an error on our part, please let us know asap so that we can correct your order.

If the return is due to any other issues, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us in the exact unused condition you received it.

We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also advise you return your item with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we have received the item back, and can confirm that the product meets the above criteria will refund you for your purchase.
